As far as the RETURNS are concerned, these are possible only in cases of faulty products or mistakes done from our side in 10 days from the purchase date and accompanied with the concerned delivery sheet. Not miss to mention that the products should not have been subjected to any treatment. Thus, you are kindly requested to check thoroughly all the received products before you work them out.
As for the CHANGES, you can ask for a change of color or size in a period of 10 days and only if the products are maintained in an excellent condition. Products “Ordered on request” with “O.R” identification can’t be changed since they don’t exist in our stock and sustain special order for customer. Samples and "Stock offer" references can’t be changed either.
In any case, you should firstly contact and get confirmation from our warehouse manager through e-mail to email@example.com or calling +302310463784, dialing 3 before proceed to any return or change of products. Otherwise, such claims can’t be accepted.
